The Arm Lift Procedure

Depending on the extent of skin excess, incisions are made either in the armpit alone, or extending along the inner arm from the armpit to near the elbow. Arm lift surgery often involves a combination of skin excision with liposuction.

Recovery from Arm Lift

Patients can return to work within one week of the procedure in most cases. However it is highly recommended that patients avoid heavy lifting for a few weeks to give the body adequate time to heal.

If you have excess skin and body fat that has been unresponsive to diet and exercise, schedule a cosmetic surgery consultation with Dr. Arnold Breitbart at his New York City or Long Island offices.
